HengHong Technology, a China-based distributor of traditional Chinese medicine products, has significantly increased the proposed size of its upcoming U.S. initial public offering, signaling stronger fundraising ambitions ahead of its planned Nasdaq listing.
The Chengmai County, China-based company now plans to raise approximately $33 million by offering 5 million shares at a price range of $6 to $7 per share. The revised proposal represents a substantial increase from its previous filing, which called for 2 million shares at a price range of $4 to $6.
At the midpoint of the revised range, HengHong Technology would raise approximately 225% more proceeds than previously anticipated and command an estimated market value of $163 million.
Traditional Chinese Medicine Distribution Business
Founded in 2008, HengHong Technology distributes traditional Chinese medicine products in China, with its products primarily focused on treatments for cold and cough symptoms.
The company has developed a distribution network covering 22 provinces and autonomous regions in China, giving it access to a broad geographic customer base.
Its business model is centered on the distribution of established traditional Chinese medicine products rather than the development of proprietary pharmaceutical treatments, positioning the company within China’s large and established traditional medicine market.
Significant Supplier Concentration
One of the key considerations for investors is HengHong Technology’s reliance on a single supplier.
In 2025, approximately 93.6% of the company’s products were sourced from one supplier. The company’s Chairman also serves as the General Manager of that supplier, creating a significant concentration within its supply chain.
This relationship could be an important factor for investors evaluating the company’s operational structure and potential risks associated with supplier dependence.
Larger Offering Creates Additional Capital
The increase from 2 million shares to 5 million shares represents a substantial expansion of the proposed offering. Combined with the higher price range, the revised terms significantly increase the amount of capital HengHong Technology expects to raise.
The additional proceeds could provide greater financial flexibility as the company continues developing its distribution network and supporting its operations across China’s regional markets.
However, the company’s ability to translate the additional capital into sustainable growth will remain an important consideration following the IPO.
Nasdaq Listing Planned
HengHong Technology plans to list on the Nasdaq under the ticker symbol HCPC.
Kingswood Capital Markets is serving as the sole bookrunner for the transaction.
The revised IPO terms place HengHong Technology among the latest China-based companies seeking access to U.S. public markets, while the company’s focus on traditional Chinese medicine provides exposure to a specialized segment of the healthcare distribution industry.
Outlook
HengHong Technology’s decision to more than triple the number of shares offered and substantially increase its expected IPO proceeds reflects an expanded fundraising strategy ahead of its Nasdaq debut. The company’s established distribution network across 22 provinces and autonomous regions provides a broad operating footprint, while its focus on traditional Chinese medicine products gives it exposure to an established healthcare market in China. At the same time, the heavy reliance on a single supplier, which accounted for 93.6% of sourcing in 2025, represents an important consideration for investors evaluating the company’s business and supply-chain structure.
Closing Insights
HengHong Technology’s revised IPO terms represent a major expansion from its earlier proposal, increasing both the number of shares offered and the potential proceeds from the transaction. The company’s established distribution network provides a foundation for continued operations, while the Nasdaq listing could give it access to a broader international investor base. Investors will likely focus on the company’s ability to sustain distribution growth while managing its significant supplier concentration as it moves toward becoming a publicly traded company.
