SKN | Fitness Fanatics More Than Triples IPO Size Ahead of $35 Million Nasdaq Listing

Date:

Hong Kong-based sports nutrition distributor Fitness Fanatics has significantly expanded its planned U.S. initial public offering, more than tripling the number of shares it intends to sell as it seeks to capitalize on growing investor interest in the health and wellness sector.

The company announced revised IPO terms on Monday, increasing its offering to 7 million shares priced between $4 and $6 each. At the midpoint price of $5 per share, Fitness Fanatics expects to raise approximately $35 million, representing a substantial increase from its original fundraising target.

Fitness Fanatics plans to list on the Nasdaq under the ticker symbol “FIT,” with Craft Capital Management serving as the sole bookrunner.

Offering Size Expanded Significantly

The revised filing marks a major increase from the company’s previous proposal, which called for the sale of 2 million shares at a price range of $4 to $5. Fitness Fanatics last updated its IPO registration documents in September 2025.

Based on the midpoint of the revised pricing range, the company is expected to raise 289% more capital than previously anticipated while achieving an implied market capitalization of approximately $113 million, about 21% lower than under its earlier valuation expectations.

The revised structure suggests management is prioritizing a larger capital raise while offering investors a more attractive valuation.

Established Regional Distribution Network

Founded in 2016, Fitness Fanatics distributes sports nutrition and wellness products throughout Hong Kong, mainland China, and Malaysia.

The company has developed a broad multi-channel distribution strategy that allows its products to reach consumers through a wide variety of retail formats. These include gyms, supermarkets, convenience stores, membership retailers, specialty nutrition stores, e-commerce platforms, and online marketplaces.

As of December 31, 2025, Fitness Fanatics operated through more than 1,500 points of sale, providing extensive market coverage across its core operating regions.

Positioned for Growing Health and Wellness Demand

The sports nutrition industry continues benefiting from increasing consumer interest in fitness, preventive healthcare, and active lifestyles. Demand has expanded beyond professional athletes to include everyday consumers seeking protein supplements, nutritional products, vitamins, and performance-enhancing wellness solutions.

With an established retail footprint and diversified distribution channels, Fitness Fanatics is positioned to benefit from rising health-conscious consumer spending across Asia while leveraging both traditional retail and rapidly growing online sales channels.

Capital to Support Future Expansion

The additional proceeds from the enlarged IPO could provide the company with greater financial flexibility to expand its product portfolio, strengthen distribution capabilities, increase marketing efforts, and pursue additional growth opportunities throughout the region.

The Nasdaq listing would also increase the company’s visibility among international investors while providing access to U.S. capital markets as it continues expanding its operations.

Outlook

Fitness Fanatics’ decision to more than triple the size of its planned IPO reflects growing confidence in both its business model and investor appetite for consumer health and wellness companies. Although the revised offering values the company at a lower implied market capitalization than earlier filings, the substantially larger capital raise provides additional resources to support future expansion. With more than 1,500 retail locations across Hong Kong, China, and Malaysia and continued growth in the global sports nutrition market, Fitness Fanatics enters the public markets with exposure to favorable long-term consumer wellness trends.
